What is Forest Therapy?

Forest Therapy is an evidence-based practice that guides people to slow down, open their senses, and notice what's happening in the natural world around them.

Unlike hiking or nature walks, Forest Therapy invitations help participants develop a reciprocal relationship with nature—one where both humans and the more-than-human world benefit.

Research shows that spending mindful time in nature can reduce stress, boost immune function, improve mood, and foster a deeper sense of connection to ourselves and our environment.
